5Qs³mm that he may wish ill in what he performs as a rite for 
6the priestess (?) of ḏt Ḥmym [... ...].

1Mṣdqm, son of Qs³mm, dedicated to ḏt Ḥmym the
2phallus with which ḏt Ḥmym was satisfied for his sake, be-
3cause his father Qs³mm was performing a rite, so that he should mourn
4by decree (or by order) and should achieve her (the goddess's) issuing an oracle (?)...
5and from Qs³mm must (or let) be released from that he wished ill to what he was performing (or performed) as a rite for
6her spirit rʿbt (the healing spirit ?)...
