1[... ...] of the community of ʿṯtr ḏ-Yhrq and Lḥyʿṯt and ʿmʾns¹ of the people of Blḥ, people of Gbʾn, friends of ʾbydʿ Yṯʿ, dedicated to ʿṯtr ḏ-Qbḍ all the construction of the tower Lbʾn 
2[... ...] the façade and the back wall, from foundation to top, with the tribute they had to pay to ʿṯtr ḏ-Qbḍ and with the obligations they incurred towards Him, from which He released them, and by the goodwill of ʿmʾns¹, with a supplement (coming) from their hand (=their resources), by the gods of Maʿīn and Yṯl,
