1ʾws¹ʿm, son of Yṣrʿm, of the family Mdhm, servant of Ydʿʾb Ḏbyn, son 
2of S²hr, king of Qatabān, directed and realized all the cutting (of stones) and the smoothing and the paving 
3of the pass of Mablaqa and the whole realization and consecration of the temple of Wdm and ʾṯrt 
4and of the king's shelter in Qly, at the command of his Lord Ydʿʾb.
