1Mbhl, son of Tḥbb, dedicated and 
2announced to his Lord, the god Rgbn, 
3in his temple Ḫrfn, the enclosed land, 
4that in the city of Ṣanāʿ, that land 
5of the tribe Ḏbḥn, because Rgbn helped 
6and granted favour to his lord Ḏ- 
7mrʿly, he of Raydān, in all the events 
8that implored for his heart; and because 
9he saved his servant Mbh- 
10l when his lord Ḏmrʿly ordered him 
11to guard the city 
12of Ms³wlm of the citadel Hdmn. The 
13god Rgbn might keep out, 
14ruin, break the opponents and the enemies of their 
15lord Ḏmrʿly and of his servant Mbhl. 
16And the god Rgbn might give assurance of safety 
17and health to their lord Ḏmrʿly, he of Raydān, 
18and safety and health to his servant Mbhl, 
19and health and justice to them. In the month [....] of the 
20year two hundred sixty-seven.
