1ʾṣnʿ, Lḥyʿm Mʿhr and Ḏ[....]n ʿbd dug 2out, excavated, constructed and completed their well ʾm- 3hrt for their vineyard ḏ-Hgrn (or: of the city) in the valley of Rhbn, by the help 4of their ʾs²ms¹ and of their bayt tutelary deities, and by the help and the command of their 5lord ʿmydʿ Yhḥmd and his brother(s), citizens of Hrn.
