Translations:
1Thus ordained and decreed 2Tʾlb, Lord of pastures (Lord of Mḫylm), and S¹ʿdm, 3Yḥmʾl, of the family S¹ḫymm, and 4their tribe of the city Brn, 5Tʿrm, ʾs²rʿ and Dr, and all 6the cultivated land of the city Brn: that they shall set up a qyf and 7reserve the grazing-ground (against) any herdsman of the 8open country and of the pastureground of the mountain ḏ-Ḍbʿnn; (they prohibed) from 9bringing into it any flock 10according to the boundary cairns of that grazing-ground 11(following) all its regulations. According what they granted 12and granted grazing rights, their lords, the 13family of S¹ḫymm.
