1Hynmt and his brothers and their sons, 2of the family ʾrfṭ, dedicated 3to ʾlmqh ḏ-Hrn this tablet, 4as He commanded them in His 5oracle for their well-being; and may He grant 6them healthy fruits 7in their land and in their fields; 8and for what has been favourable and 9and may be favourable to the family of ʾrfṭ; 10and may He grant them the goodwill of their 11lords, the family of Mrṯdm.
Translation Notes:
7Beeston 1979 b: 96, suggests that ʾrḍ is a plural comparable with the Arabic ʾarāḍī. Perhaps the noun is used in a collective sense, so that a plural would be unnecessary.
